Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. They take into account the VAT applicable in France on the day of the order, i.e. currently 20%. The price of the products is that applicable on the day of the order. Once the order has been placed, prices cannot be subject to any modification.
The prices indicated on the site are guaranteed for the duration of the online posting and while stocks last. MY INFINITY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the price applicable when the order is validated.

No dispute over the price will be accepted if there has been no prior request for a pro-forma invoice or a costed quote returned signed by the customer. Furthermore, any price offer is only valid for 2 months. Quantitative prices are given for one unit of the same product.
The sales price of the products indicated at "€0.00" is available on quote or pro-forma invoice with study of shipping costs in addition.
The order can only be registered on the site if the user has clearly identified themselves.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will take place within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.
From the last click of acceptance, the order is considered irrevocable. In the event of cancellation of your order, we do not offer a refund but only a credit valid for 1 year.
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated on the site, that is to say, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
The average delivery time is 24/48 hours.
Our shipments are tracked by a number issued by DPD, Colissimo or Chronopost, however it is up to the customer to check the condition of the package and the conformity of the goods upon delivery.
For any unclaimed package from the relay point that is returned to us, administrative costs in the amount of €20 as well as transport costs, outward and return, will be deducted from the reimbursement made by credit.
Package damaged on delivery
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery (shock, tear, opening, etc.), the customer must make specific reservations on the carrier's delivery slip, then notify us within 48 hours by email to contact@my-podologie.com by attaching photos of the package and the products concerned.
In the absence of specific reservations (simple mentions "subject to unpacking" or "damaged package" not admissible), no claim linked to damage during transport can be taken into account.
Damaged products in an intact package
In the event that the package appears intact upon delivery but one or more products are found to be damaged or non-compliant after opening, the customer has a period of 48 days after receipt to notify us of the anomaly, providing clear photos of the product and the packaging.
After this period, no complaints can be accepted, in accordance with the carrier liability rules and our internal after-sales service processing conditions.
You have a legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to return them totally or partially in accordance with the law.
Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging otherwise they will not be refunded.
Any product returned incomplete or damaged cannot be returned without our exceptional consent.
Shipping and return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
